We are an apartment community for seniors 62 and older.
We are a 42 unit apartment complex just built in January 2013. We offer our units based on income and have one and two bedroom apartments with new appliances, w/d in unit, extra storage, complex wide internet, exercise room, dining room and kitchen available for parties or family gatherings, weekly coffee get togethers, monthly potlucks. We use Comfort Care for special activities, Moms Meals. We have a walking path around our complex and a great bunch of folks renting now and wed love to have you or a family member join us!
